The Well is a mixed-used development proposed to be built the West end of downtown Toronto. Working with PR firm Media Profile, Forge was tasked with designing the marketing collateral, including a brochure, website and video, that would introduce The Well.
Considering that this material would be the first glimpse into what will be a multimillion dollar development project, Forge’s task was to set the proper tone to ensure intrigue from the beginning. The intent was to reach potential investors, tenants, city officials and of course the media.
Working under tight deadlines and with multiple collaborating partners, Forge designed and oversaw production from beginning to end, including a pocket folder, brochure, and custom photo shoot of all three stakeholder CEOs. Created in tandem with the print materials, Forge also designed and developed a fully responsive website and promotional video for The Well.
