Rockstar by day and by night, since a young age Mike has honed his leadership skills and his ability to adapt to most environments. With over 20 years of professional experience in Liberty Village, Mike's journey at Forge Media + Design has been an evolution in professional development. His ability to wear an abundance of different hats makes Mike a valuble member of the Associate and leadership team. As the Director of Operations and Culture the task list is plentiful, from HR, Finance, Strategy, Office Management, to just making sure we're all having as much fun as we can while making memeorable experiences for all our clients.
