Oshini Dodantenne

Oshini Dodantenne is a multidisciplinary designer at Forge with a deep appreciation for storytelling, visual design and the natural world. Originally from Sri Lanka, she joined Forge after completing her Diploma in Interactive Media Design. She aspires to bring a diverse creative background and a strong sense of narrative to her work.

Oshini’s journey into design began through her early passion for writing, where she was recognized among the top 18 short story writers in Sri Lanka under 20 and ranked first in her province. This foundation in storytelling continues to shape her design approach, balancing emotion, culture and human connection through visual and interactive experiences.

Beyond design, Oshini is a devoted painter, poet, musician, reader and mythology enthusiast. She also explores cinematography as a creative outlet and has a growing passion for illustrating children’s stories. Deeply inspired by the natural world and driven by a commitment to conservation, she seeks to create work that exists at the intersection of art, literature and humanity.
