The wayfinding at The Boca Raton Beach Club is crafted to carry the resort’s legacy of coastal comfort and impeccable service throughout the guest and member journey. The challenge was to guide visitors across the vast beachfront settings, luxury amenities and exclusive restaurants while honoring the property’s storied landscape, historical architecture and seamless indoor–outdoor living. With deep understanding of The Boca Raton’s brand ethos, Forge created an integrated, cohesive and intuitive signage system that complements its elevated ambiance and supports effortless navigation—enhancing the feeling of coastal comfort at every moment in this vibrant destination.

Looking to the interior elements as a reflection of the calm external environment, the Beach Club’s luxury centers create a personal piece of paradise. Serenity and space define its exclusivity, while warmth is brought in through thoughtful materiality, soft forms and a design language that echoes the ease of coastal living. The wayfinding program is designed to create a sense of place, grow from the landscape and provide subtle cues to help guests freely discover all the Beach Club has to offer. While expressing the oasis of the external environment, Forge ensured that every aspect of our design also exemplifies the luxury and refinement synonymous with The Boca Raton.

The Beach Club’s feeling of escapism into a serene coastal lifestyle was a driving force for Forge’s conceptual ideas. The wayfinding becomes a seamless extension of the architecture and transforms the beachfront environment into visual design cues. The ocean’s movement becomes soft curvature forms and details that ripple through sign panels, while overlapping material elements mimic the rhythm of nearby lapping waves. Signage elements are designed in sensitivity to the landscape and even placed as to not disturb certain vistas and views.

Light-filled and expansive spaces invite guests to connect with the ocean and the numerous exclusive exterior amenities call upon members of the beach club to enjoy all the outdoors has to offer. Forge’s consideration of the Beach Club’s seaside nature is threaded into every detail of the wayfinding design narrative. The thin bronze details that wrap the edges of interior and exterior signs are designed to mirror the horizon of the rising sun against the land and sky. Details like this both elevate the design and highlight the pillar of luxury service that the Boca Raton continuously offers.
