Fitzrovia Real Estate, Liberty House Brand Development | Communications Collateral | Signage and WayfindingLiberty House, a new residential tower by Fitzrovia Real Estate, is located on the eastern edge of Liberty Village in Toronto, Ontario. Equipped with luxury amenities and stylish spaces, Liberty House is an elevated rental development that strives to provide a community-focused lifestyle for all residents. To fill a gap in the purpose-built rental space, Fitzrovia aimed to build high-quality rental units with desirable amenity packages marketed to the millennial renter. Forge worked with Fitzrovia Real Estate to define a name and develop a brand for this new property.

Seeking to evoke the community aspect of the property, the name Liberty House reflects the idea of one’s family all under one roof. The name also echoes the sense of pride and unity created by the development’s unique spaces, program offerings and amenities. Liberty House offers luxury living within reach to its residents.F

A COMMUNITY-CENTRED LIFESTYLE
Capturing the energy and vibrancy of Liberty Village, the Liberty House brand adopts bold typography and a refined colour palette with an emphasis on community. The horizontal rules act as accent elements and emphasize the “us” in the word house to reinforce the concept of fostering a culture of community within the larger community of Liberty Village.

Clean, easy-to-read typography and bold colours concisely convey messaging while strengthening the Liberty House brand. Forge also produced a complete brand guideline package on how to use the Liberty House brand to create the best possible resident experience.
